Evening Meeting time and place: The Collinsville Patchworkers quilt guild meets on the second Tuesday of the month, at the Collinsville, Oklahoma, Library from 6:00pm to 7:30pm. Our meetings are free to attend and offer a wealth of inspiration and stimulation for the beginning quilter as well as an experienced quilter. During the meetings we will have a program which might demonstrate a new technique or how to refine a common technique used to complete a quilt. Sometimes we have a group discussion about a particular theme. One such theme was "Quilters never throw anything away" and all the members brought in examples of how they reuse or repurpose things, instead of adding them to the trash heap. Sew In time and place: The SewI In is an all day event, or however long you choose to participate.
